Ice Cream Headache (1995)
includes: Broken Pieces, Beyond Repair, She Said She Said, Passing On David, Solitaire

Our very first tape.  Dave and Jaime are on this tape with a little bit of help from some friends (namely Eric Rosemann and a Japanese artist who's name we are not allowed to release - actually we can't remember his name to save my butt, and we not going to guess).  This was recording by a small guy in a small studio with a small drum room (VERY small drum room).  It's a freshman effort, and I gotta admit, it shows.

I think we may have like 4 copies left, so if you're a serious milk-head then please drop us a line and we can send one out.  Check out some of the fantastic reviews below......

Demo Universe (10/04/96)

Smart, tightly strung pop from a duo who namechecks Neil Diamond in their bio but who reminded me more of Dave Matthews (thanks to Dave Zimmerman's Latin jazz-influenced drums) without the horns and with an edgy guitar courtesy of Jaime D'Almeida, whose vocals recall Sting with a mild cold (that's not meant as an insult). Their stiff and busy cover of The Beatles' "He Said She Said" loses the tune in an attempt to do something "different," but originals like "Down Beyond Repair," "Broken Pieces" and "Passing On David" have charm and style. Now they need to find a bass player they can get along with and relearn how to rock out.
